In the year 2087, all central governments have fallen. What remains are fragmented city-states like New Dawn City, struggling to contain chaos. The sinister Syndicate is targeting these weakened cities for dominance by usurping power, organizing, and augmenting the existing criminal elements. In the world of Too Deep , you are part of a covert agency whose goal is to stop the Syndicate at all costs.
Cybernetic implants give the Syndicate a technological advantage, but you've found a way to harness that power. By infiltrating their brain upgrades, you can gain control of these criminals. Go undercover and coordinate escalating crime to get your hands on the evidence you need to stop the Syndicate.
