Strategy game for 2-4 players from Korea Boardgames, designed by Keewoong Kim. The game has a central kingdom board, player boards, a pouch for each player, citizens in the form of wooden blocks in several colours, building cards and 9 character cards.
Each player is a feudal lord, drawing citizens from their own pouch over nine rounds. The citizens are placed on buildings to produce new citizens, coins or armies, which are used to build, take character cards and occupy regions on the shared board. The pouch works like the deck in a deck-building game, only with blocks instead of cards. Scoring takes place after rounds 3, 6 and 9, and corrupt officials count against the total.
