Lodge is a fast and lively card game in which the players compete to prepare tasty snacks for the hikers visiting the forest.
Lodge is played over 3 rounds, each consisting of several rounds.
Customer cards are placed in the middle of the table and show the number and type of snacks each customer wants. Each player has a hand of snack cards numbered from 1 to 48, representing four types of snack: Apple, Sandwich, Smoothie and Energy Bar.
At the start of each turn, all players secretly choose a snack card from their hand, place it face down and then reveal them simultaneously.
Then, in ascending order of card number, the players place their snack cards in front of the customers so that they match the snack types wanted. If your card completes a customer’s order, you take that customer card, which will be worth points at the end of the game.
You win by scoring the most points ... or by ending the game with exactly 10 squirrel tokens.
With bluffing, plot twists and simultaneous reveals, every game is a race to the last bite.
