"The Ming Voyages" are seven voyages undertaken by the Chinese navy between 1405 and 1433, for the purpose of trade and political influence. In this game, one player is the emperor, attempting to complete all seven voyages while protecting the Chinese border from invading barbarians. The other player controls three different clans of barbarians attempting to gain land on the Chinese border. Battles can occur in these areas, and are resolved by rolling the dice.
The Ming Voyages uses cards with multiple functions, allowing players to strengthen their armies, attack the enemy, and in the case of the Emperor, to travel. When a card is played, it can give the opponent an action outside their turn, so it takes good timing to play the cards correctly. Only the Emperor draws new cards, and at the end of each turn the players switch hands. The Emperor therefore always knows what the barbarians are holding, while both players try to get the most out of the card actions.

Please note that the webshop is connected to our warehouse in Copenhagen. When you order for pickup in Aarhus, it can therefore take up to six days before the order is ready for pickup.
Therefore, always wait until you have received an email stating that your order is ready for pickup.
