Night Soil Kickstarter Edition
In stock at the following stores: Games København, Games Aarhus
Night Soil is a very mature game about sanitation in Tudor London.
As an example of cultural progress in Europe, Tudor London (1485-1603) is at the forefront of cultural and technological development. But with modern plumbing still generations away, the city is gradually filling up with human waste, making it a terribly fragrant place to live.
In the game, players run competing night soil companies. At night, worker cards are used to carefully manoeuvre waste dice through London's narrow streets to generate profit and recruit workers. By day, these workers can be sent out into London to advertise, win favour with local businesses or improve their company's assets. However, large numbers of workers tend to make the waste problem worse.
At the end of the game, the player who has managed to earn the most money wins.
