Offshore
In Offshore, you build oil platforms in the North Sea. On your turn you can export oil, buy technology or open new oil fields, but opening new ones is difficult. It requires that you, alone or together with another player, have the right technology, and if you share with others, you must agree on how the price is to be split between you. Drill for oil, and make sure not to build up too much pressure.
