Pandemic: Rising Tide
Pandemic: Rising Tide is an original base game in the popular Pandemic series. It is played on its own and cannot be combined with other base games or expansions.
The setting is the Netherlands at the beginning of industrialisation. For centuries the country has depended on dikes and pumps to avoid flooding. But now the system is starting to give way. It is your joint task to build modern hydraulic structures at selected locations and thereby save the country. A storm is on its way and the seas are restless. In this version of Pandemic the cubes on the board represent not diseases but water levels. If you do not manage to keep the water at bay while you work on the pumps, things can quickly get out of hand. So plan carefully and put cooperation first if you are to win.
