Train your fingers and wrists with a Powerball.
A Powerball is a gyro ball that is designed to train the wrists, but also the forearm and upper arm, fingers and shoulders. They are often used by golfers, pianists and gamers. It can be used both to train the muscles in advance and for rehabilitation in the event of, for example, a mouse injury.
After you have started a Powerball, you take it in your hand and make circular movements with your wrist. In this way, you maintain and accelerate the rotation. Due to centrifugal force, it becomes heavier and heavier the faster it rotates. A Powerball can therefore create a force of 16 kg even though its own weight is only 200 grams.
This model has a display so you can see how many revolutions you can get it up to.

When you place your order, you can choose to pick up your order at one of our stores.
If you order on a weekday before 3:00 PM, and the item is in stock at the store in question, the item will often be ready for pickup within a few hours.
Please note that the webshop is connected to our warehouse in Copenhagen. When you order for pickup in Aarhus, it can therefore take up to six days before the order is ready for pickup.
Therefore, always wait until you have received an email stating that your order is ready for pickup.
