Jungle Song – Laurel Burch, 1000 pieces (Paperblanks)
In stock at the following stores: Games København, Games Aarhus
Jigsaw puzzle from Paperblanks with Laurel Burch's Jungle Song from the Whimsical Creations series.
Laurel Burch (1945-2007) was self-taught and known for strong colours and simple, lively animal images. For this puzzle, her original animals, plants and details have been reassembled by a Japanese craftsperson into an independent watercolour painting — so the image does not exist as a finished Burch work anywhere else. Paperblanks uses sturdy blue cardboard and a decorative, embossed paper like that on their hardbound notebooks; all paper comes from sustainable forestry, and the cardboard is 100% recycled material.
