Raptor
Raptor is a two-player game where one player is a dinosaur and the other is a scientist. It's a fast-paced game that's easy to pick up, yet offers many possible winning strategies. As a dinosaur, you must either rescue your little cubs to the end of the board before they get caught or destroy the scientists by eating them. The scientists must try to catch three of the little dino cubs or stun the mother dino.
Players secretly choose a card from their hand and try to figure out how their opponent will play, so they can outmaneuver each other and get to spend the turn as they wish. Depending on which cards are played, the turn will proceed in a certain way and there is a lot of strategy involved in considering when to play which cards.
Raptor has very direct confrontation, cool miniature figures and you often play several games in a row, as a game doesn't take more than 30 minutes.
