Catan 2015: Seafarers (English)
In the first expansion to the classic Catan (also known as Settlers of Catan or Settlers), players will take to the sea. Seafarers contains a series of scenarios where the island of Catan is divided into smaller islands, which can only be reached using boats that players can now build.
Seafarers offers a lot more variety, so if you're getting a little tired of harvesting resources on the same island every game, then Seafarers is an obvious expansion.
The set comes with a number of pre-constructed scenarios that change the strategies from game to game.
NOTE: The English version of Catan has wooden pieces and larger maps than the Danish version, so it only works with other English expansions. In addition, the 2015 edition contains thicker landscape pieces, which are best suited for the 2015 base game.
