We have created a number of chess combinations of boards and pieces that we think make some really cool chess sets.

Chess set AARHUS is composed of:

  • Chessboard with a field size of 40 mm. made of maple and mahogany. The board has a silky smooth surface and with the narrow frame you get a beautiful chessboard that doesn't take up a lot of space. The board is decorated with a simple pattern along the fields. At the bottom, felt pads are mounted in each corner, which ensures that the board is firm and stable when playing.
  • Weighted chess pieces with "German knight", made of boxwood and rosewood and have a king height of 70 mm. The pieces come in a sturdy cardboard box.

When you place your order, you can choose to pick up your order at one of our stores.

If you order on a weekday before 3:00 PM, and the item is in stock at the store in question, the item will often be ready for pickup within a few hours.

Please note that the webshop is connected to our warehouse in Copenhagen. When you order for pickup in Aarhus, it can therefore take up to six days before the order is ready for pickup.

Therefore, always wait until you have received an email stating that your order is ready for pickup.
