We have created a series of chess combinations of boards and pieces, which we believe make for some really cool chess sets.

The Athens chess set consists of:

  • Beautiful walnut/maple chessboard with notation. The board is produced from exquisite materials with a silky-smooth surface. Felt pads are mounted on the bottom in each corner, which ensures the board remains firm and stable during play. The board has a square size of 45 mm.

  • Chess pieces with German knight design crafted in acacia and boxwood. The king height is 77 mm.

When you place your order, you can choose to pick up your order at one of our stores.

If you order on a weekday before 3:00 PM, and the item is in stock at the store in question, the item will often be ready for pickup within a few hours.

Please note that the webshop is connected to our warehouse in Copenhagen. When you order for pickup in Aarhus, it can therefore take up to six days before the order is ready for pickup.

Therefore, always wait until you have received an email stating that your order is ready for pickup.
