We have created a series of chess combinations of boards and pieces that we believe make for some really cool chess sets.

The Lagos chess set consists of:

  • Beautiful mahogany/maple chess board without notation. The board is produced from exquisite materials with a silk-smooth surface. Felt pads are mounted on the bottom in each corner, ensuring the board stands firm and stable during play. The board has a square size of 50 mm.
  • Weighted chess pieces with German knight made of brown boxwood. The base is weighted so the pieces do not tip over, and they also come in a wooden box that can be used for storage. The king height is 78 mm.

When you place your order, you can choose to pick up your order at one of our stores.

If you order on a weekday before 3:00 PM, and the item is in stock at the store in question, the item will often be ready for pickup within a few hours.

Please note that the webshop is connected to our warehouse in Copenhagen. When you order for pickup in Aarhus, it can therefore take up to six days before the order is ready for pickup.

Therefore, always wait until you have received an email stating that your order is ready for pickup.
