Adventure game from Awaken Realms for 1-4 players, solo or cooperative. It takes place in a version of Avalon that blends Arthurian legends with Celtic mythology and is falling into ruin. The story branches based on player choices, and characters develop along opposing traits like brutality/empathy and practicality/spirituality. This unlocks different abilities and card decks. The box contains 8 plastic miniatures, 10 dials, over 760 cards, over 200 pages of story, 8 adventure maps, and over 110 markers.
Confrontations are resolved without dice, and many of them can be settled with diplomacy instead of combat. The game is structured as a campaign in chapters of 2-3 hours, where hunger, sickness, and the hostile land pressure the group between fights.
