The Mysterious Forest
The Mysterious Forest is a cooperative game inspired by Daniel Lieske's comic, The Wormworld Saga, where young Jonas walks through a magical painting and suddenly finds himself in a fantasy world. In this game, players try to help him through the forest and fight the terrifying Queen of the Draconias .
The game takes place in three phases. In the first phase, players are allowed to look at and try to memorize the eight cards that make up the forest. Then, they pack Jonas' backpack together by rolling dice and trying to get the necessary equipment. When they are ready, they set off through the forest. If they make it through to the last forest card and choose the right piece of equipment before turning it over, they win!
