The Mysterious Forest
The Mysterious Forest is a cooperative game inspired by Daniel Lieske's comic The Wormworld Saga, in which young Jonas walks through a magical painting and suddenly finds himself in a fantasy world. In this game the players try to help him through the forest and fight the fearsome Queen of the Draconias.
The game is played in three phases. In the first phase the players are allowed to look at and try to memorise the eight cards that make up the forest. Then they pack Jonas' backpack together by rolling dice and trying to bring the necessary equipment. When they are ready, they set off through the forest. If they make it through to the last forest card and choose the right piece of equipment before turning it over, they win.
