Tonga Bonga
In Tonga Bonga you sail your ship around the archipelago. The aim is to visit 4 of the 5 distant islands and return to Tonga Bonga Bay. The winner, however, is not the first one home, but the player with the most money when the game ends.
But crewing a ship is not free - each round you must decide how much to pay your crew by placing coins on the three spaces on your ship. Each player then rolls three dice and places them on one of the three positions on the other players' ships - depending on which space your die ends up on, you receive the coins lying there. The higher the value of the dice, the further the ship can travel on its turn. It can therefore make sense to tempt the other players by raising the number of coins on your ship - but not by too much, as the player with the most coins wins.
