Tower Chess is a chess variant played on a 6x6 grid with two fewer pawns on each side, no knights, and where all the pieces are flat pieces instead of three-dimensional pieces.
Besides the size of the game board, the main twist in the design is that the pieces are stacked instead of being removed from the board. When a piece is moved, only the top piece in a stack is moved. Pieces that were once covered can be moved again when all the pieces that were on top are gone. You can "capture" your own pieces by landing on top of them.
As usual, the player who first captures the opponent's king wins – in this case by placing one of his pieces on top of it.

When you place your order, you can choose to pick up your order at one of our stores.
If you order on a weekday before 3:00 PM, and the item is in stock at the store in question, the item will often be ready for pickup within a few hours.
Please note that the webshop is connected to our warehouse in Copenhagen. When you order for pickup in Aarhus, it can therefore take up to six days before the order is ready for pickup.
Therefore, always wait until you have received an email stating that your order is ready for pickup.
