Udgave af UNO fra Mattel til store selskaber med 6–16 spillere. Grundreglerne er de samme som i almindelig UNO, men der er nye kort: ved "Point Taken" peger alle på en modspiller, der skal trække, ved "Drawn Together" kobles to spillere og trækker samtidig, og ved "Speed Play" må kort lægges uden for tur.

Et retningskort holder styr på, hvilken vej spillet går. Æsken indeholder 224 kort.
