Cooperative game for 2–5 players built on the system from The Grizzled. Players are healthcare workers at a hospital during an epidemic and must work together to keep medical threats at bay with limited resources. The box contains 90 cards, 16 support tokens, 4 disease markers, and a chief of medicine figure.
Where The Grizzled takes place in the trenches of World War I, the threats here are stress, burnout, and infection – a player can fall ill from the epidemic the team is fighting against. The core mechanics are the same: there is rarely a good choice, only the least bad one for the community. A portion of the proceeds goes to Doctors Without Borders.
