A collection of old fairy tales has been torn apart! The pages have been mixed up and scattered to all sides. Can you find the connection between the scattered characters to piece together their stories? Unite the characters in clever ways to win the game!
Wonder Tales is a fast-paced tile-laying and set-collection microgame for two players.
Each of the 17 playing cards is double-sided, with the same fairy tale character on both sides, but with different colored bookmarks. Players take turns placing cards on a common tableau with their color shown. When the tableau is full, points are counted depending on which combinations of characters and/or colors lie next to each player's card.
A game consists of 2-3 rounds, where the shape of the tableau changes in each round.
The game is created by Button Shy - a small board game company that specializes in making quirky, strategic and entertaining pocket-sized games.
