Catan: Kortspillet is a quick card game in the Catan universe from Kosmos for 3–4 players, developed by Benjamin Teuber, Quentin Regnes and Eric Hibbeler. Each turn the players receive resources and trade with one opponent, and then build roads, settlements, cities and metropolises from an open row of cards.
Every building triggers an effect straight away, and points are awarded for buildings and for majorities in trade routes and military strength. The first to reach 7 points wins. The game consists entirely of cards, so it takes up far less space than the board game and suits a short games night or travelling.
